Even the novice fisherman should have no trouble catching enough walleye for a mouth watering shore lunch or two. Because of the location of Island Lodge most guests fish within 3-5 miles of the main lodge. Our expert guides are available and will mark your map with the "HOT SPOTS" when you arrive.

We provide guests with deep, safe Lund 16-foot aluminum fishing boats equipped with new 25 hp electric start Honda outboard motors. Gasoline, oil and bait are available at our island. Please purchase a fishing license once you arrive in Ontario from a licensed distributor.

To top off any trip to Island Lodge enjoy a serious fishing trip or a relaxing pleasure cruise on the pontoon with "Captain Ron".
